Our celebration of our friends Richard, Ron, Greg, and Wahru will happen at the same time as the memorial for our friend Edward “Kidd” Jordan at JazzFest in New Orleans. We hope you will join us here in Columbus to honor these legends of Columbus music. Play or listen, but come to The Vanderelli Room, this Sunday, April 30. The drum circle featuring The Governor, Roger Myers, Tony West, and Wahru’s Drummers starts at 3:00 pm. The music probably starts around 4:00 featuring numerous luminaries of the Columbus scene.
